Dear NPC Athlete,
NPC Judgment Day 2025 is this Saturday!
Just a few final bits of information to help make sure you have the best experience possible. Please be sure to read this email thoroughly. It contains important information you will need in order to have a successful experience at the event.
MANDATORY COMPETITOR CHECK IN & COMPETITOR MEETING:
Mandatory check in and competitor meeting will be held on Friday at CMC Fitness Studio in Eagle River at 6:00 PM.You must attend the entire meeting so don't be late. There will be no separate competitor meeting on Saturday. The address for CMC Fitness Studio is: 10901 Mausel Street, Suite 107, Eagle River.
NPC MEMBERSHIP:
All competitors must be registered with the National Physique Committee for 2025. NPC registration is online at www.npcregistration.com. Be sure to take a screen shot of your NPC card once you complete registration as you will need to show it at the competitor check in. Paper mail in NPC registration is no longer available.
GENERAL RULES:
Glaze may only be applied in the designated glazing area back stage. No aerosol oils may be used (i.e. spray pam). Dream Tan is not allowed at NPC sanctioned events. Alaska Stage Color will have staff on hand to assist with the application of glaze and help with Bikini Bite.
Weights (barbell or dumbbells) are not allowed back stage at NPC sanctioned events. Exercise bands will be provided and competitors are welcome to bring their own bands if they prefer.
VENUE:
Please help us take care of the venue. Make every effort to avoid leaving spray tan marks and generally avoiding damaging any part of the building or equipment.
MUSIC:
Competitors competing in Bodybuilding, Women's Physique, Fitness or Classic Physique will need to turn in music at CHECK IN ON FRIDAY as an MP3 file only. No other format can be accepted (no youtube links). You may also upload music directly by following the link in the email you received upon registration. Bodybuilders, Classic Physique, Women's Physique will have 60 seconds for individual routines.
OBSCENE, OFFENSIVE OR RACIST LYRICS WILL RESULT IN DISQUALIFICATION. Music should be submitted in high quality mp3 format by the end of competitor check in (7:30 pm Friday) or you will be required to pose to house music.
BROADCAST:
This event will be live-streamed on Alaska Muscle TV. The livestream can be purchased for $15.00 for the entire event on alaskamuscletv.com
AUDIENCE ATTENDANCE:
Tickets are available by following this link on Alaska Muscle's website. Entry will be available the day of the event CASH ONLY AT THE DOOR. Be sure to tell your supporters to bring cash.
Prejudging: $20.00, Finals: $35.00 general admission, $50.00 VIP. Online tickets may be purchase here: alaskamuscle.com
BACK STAGE:
The back stage area will be extremely limited, therefore only competitors and staff will be able to be back stage. Trainer's passes will be available for purchase for $50.00 at the venue. Person's purchasing trainers passes must have a current NPC card for 2025 and must agree to and sign the back stage conduct requirements.
TANNING:
You are not required to tan with Alaska Stage Color; however, they are the only tanning company permitted in the venue. Alaska Stage Color will be on hand to provide glaze for all competitors but they will not be able to provide touch-up tans to competitors who tanned with other companies.
PREJUDGING:
Prejudging will start at noon and consist of a brief individual presentation followed by comparison of the entire class. Figure, Men's Physique, Bikini and Wellness will strike 3-4 individual poses on the judging line center stage before proceeding to the diagonal line on the far side of the stage. Once each competitor in the class has performed their individual presentation the entire class will be directed from the diagonal to the judging line by the head judge for comparisons.
Bodybuilding, Women's Physique and Classic Physique will perform individual 60 second free posing to house music and exit the stage. Once each member of each class has performed individually the entire class will be brought back on stage for mandatory poses.
FINALS:
The finals will start at 6:00 PM will proceed similar to prejudging for Figure, Bikini, Wellness and Men's Physique.
Bodybuilding, Women's Physique and Classic Physique will perform individual routines up to 90 seconds long. After each competitor has performed their routine they will exit the stage and line up back stage. Once all competitors have performed their routine the top 5 in the class will be brought to the staging line for awards.
EVENT PROGRAM:
A digital Event Program will be published after check in on Friday. You and your supporters may download the program which will contain useful information about the NPC Arctic Muscle Fest.
